Lady.E Décor & Design Ltd ( “Lady.E”) offers a 14-day exchange or store credit policy for all regular priced purchases made online or in-store.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. All personal items, and any styled marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-store Purchase Policy
For IN-STORE purchases, Lady.E offers exchange or store credit only within 14-days of purchase with original tags attached. Refunds will not be issued. In-store credit never expires.
Gift Purchase Policy
If item(s) were marked as a gift when purchased in-store, Lady.E will provide the value of the item(s) onto a gift card.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card, will be re-issued onto a gift card.
Online Store Purchase Policy
If you would like to initiate an exchange or return your online purchase for in-store credit, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an authorization. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for any exchanged or returned (for store credit) items.
Once Lady.E has received your item(s) and the return (for store credit) is approved, a digital gift card will be issued with the total amount of item(s) received. Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund. The digital gift card can only be used in the online store. The digital gift card will never expire.
For ONLINE STORE purchases, we currently only offer shippings within Canada and the U.S. Lady.E offers complimentary shipping on all regular priced items total over $150. Sale items require extra $5.00 shipping fee.
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from date of purchase. If you require rush shipping, please notify us at email@example.com or call us at 604.873.2808.
All orders will be given tracking information. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, Lady.E is no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and attached images of the damages.
